  •      Probability of Success and Profit.
  •     Probability of Repeat Business.
  •     Amount of Profit Potential – ROI.
  •    Ease of Implementation and Simplicity.
  •    An Exit Strategy that is easily explainable.

 

Project/Property Features Sought:

  •     Demographics - Compelling and supportive of the exit strategy.
  •     Feasibility - Certain beyond reasonable doubt (Professional Feasibility Study required?).
  •     Valuation - market current, realistic, supportable and believable.
  •     Financing - If appropriate for a “deleveraged environment”, financing is readily and reliably available, and debt risk is sufficiently mitigated.

 

Package Attributes Aspired to:

  •   A short, concise and complete project summary.
  •   Informative graphics and pictures of the project/property and surrounding area.
  •   Numbers and projections that are well displayed and easily understood.
  •   Concise and accurate support documentation for all claims and representations. A checklist is          available upon request.

                             

Transaction Attributes Aspired to:

  •   Transactions that fit all parties’ needs and build positive, long lasting business relationships.
  •   Transactions wherein customer has no problem providing regular and timely progress reporting.

  •  No limitations* on real estate product type or transaction size. Geographically limited to the United States  *(Except no loans on the borrower’s personal residence.)
